Our Branch Meeting on Saturday 20 January 2007 was attended by 12 members, you can read the report which is on our Branch Reports page.

Jack Blaik, Senior Social Worker with City of Edinburgh Council, gave a talk on the Direct Payments Scheme and the Independent Living Fund. He was accompanied by his wife Nancy Blaik, who founded Rachel House and works as a volunteer with children's hospice movement CHAS and a charity called Climb (Children Living with Inherited Metabolic Diseases).
