Meeting at 12.00, lunch from 12.30 - 14.30

Christmas Lunch Menu

£14.95 per person

Cream of Carrot and Coriander Soup (V)

Fan of Galia Melon with Parma Ham and Raspberry Dressing

Chicken and Red Pepper Mousse served on toasted crostini with mixed winter leaves


Roast Perthshire Turkey with chestnut stuffing, kilted sausages, cranberry sauce and roast gravy

Poached Tayside Salmon served with parmesan risotto and lemon sauce

Mushroom Ravioli with roast vegetables bound in a pesto and white wine cream sauce (V)


Rich Christmas Pudding served with vanilla and brandy sauce

Lemon Soufflé with fresh raspberries and fruit sauce
